Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention: The Moderating Role of Leadership Behavior

This study is examining the moderating role of Leadership Behavior on formulating a relationship between Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention, secondly, Citizenship Intention among employees in Abbottabad banking sector. The used stratified sampling technique for collection data. population included all departments Abbottabad, Pakistan, researcher tried to approach banks employee completing target 500 but many questionnaires were blank so sample size existing was 350. For Commitment, sector descriptive, regression, correlation moderation analysis are applied. Questionnaires distributed accurate results showed that there exists significant relation variables hypothesis accepted.
